1. Greet people warmly, esp. in the morning.
-This will fill you with +ve energy and you will start the day with high.
2. Remain conscious of your behaviour.
- Mindful your action.
3. Deep breathing is a good stress management technique.
-Isolate yourself and take 10 deep breaths.
4. Always remind yourself on the positive part of everything.
-Visualise the positive things that happened throughout the day.
5. Accept the responsibility of your mistakes.
-Forgive yourself and make a note not to repeat the same again.
